Mark opens the vat...

and "punches" the must.

Then Tim has a turn

and gas-laden foam is released.

Mark takes a sample to check the alcohol level,

while Cindy checks the temperature.

  

and Mark takes a reading.

Voila! Grape juice has become wine!
