Above is the p-channel CCD I fabricated as my Master's degree project for Professor Henry Guckel in the summer of 1976. It worked one day, long enough to produce the data I needed to finish my report and fly out to California and start my new job at Intel Corp. 8/9/1976. The clock generator was made out of a bunch of 555 analog timers cascaded. The waveforms were ugly. I didn't make a copy of the report for myself?
